It is unfortunate that this time of the year (March 2020), we have to stay indoors. The weather in California now is fantastic for activities like hiking, running, and cycling, and get together with friends and family members. Picnics, BBQs, and gatherings are my favorites too. However, given the series of unfortunate events, all of us must stay home to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I want to think that I am an outgoing person and would like to occupy myself with activities. Now that I have to change a little bit of my schedule working from home, I have set up a new challenge to finish reading five books.
Why books? Increase attention spam, increase vocabulary, reduce screen time.
Book 1 – The Next 100 Years A Forecast for the 21st Century by George Friedman
Book 2 – 8 Cylinders of Success by Jullien Gordon
Book 3 – Nothing To Lose Everything to Gain. by Ryan Blair
Book 4 – Think & Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
Book 5 – How Countries Compete by Richard H.K. Vietor
The Plan – Read every 30-45 minutes every day before sleep. Provide a summary of each book once I complete the challenge.
